Personal welcome (included)
We want you to feel at ease in your City Loft from the very start. That’s why we personally welcome you in your apartment. Complimentary drinks and snacks will be ready and waiting for you. We switch on the lights or candles before you arrive, in the summer we open the windows and in the winter we turn the central heating up. We familiarise you with the apartment and the city and we will be happy to answer your questions. Throughout your stay you can call us with questions or to get tips, even in evenings or weekends. This way you can enjoy the privacy of your own designer apartment amidst ‘ordinary’ Rotterdammers, yet you are not on your own if something is the matter.

Local tips (included)
As born and bred Rotterdammers, we always know what's going on in the city and enjoy giving you tips that match your personal interests. Just let us know what your interests are when you make your booking and we'll make a tailor made list with our favorite addresses for you.

Housekeeping (included)
Your City Loft will be cleaned before your arrival. For longer stays our cleaning lady will come by once a week. The linen and towels will be replaced at the same time.

Stock my fridge (optional)
Don’t want to go food shopping as soon as you arrive or unable to do so because of a late arrival? If you send us your shopping list in advance we will do the groceries for you and have everything ready at your arrival. 

Breakfast (optional)
No need to hurry up in the morning to be in time for a hotel breakfast in a dining room, but having breakfast whenever you feel for it, at your own dining table. Before arrival we'll bring some delicious breakfast products for you.

Hot stone or classic in-house massage (optional)
If you wish to relax even more, you can book an appointment with our massage therapist.

Airport pick-up (optional)
Would you like to be picked-up from Schiphol or Rotterdam Airport? No problem, we'll gladly arrange this for you.
