Apartment description
This is a real Loft in the true sense of the word, because it consists of one open space of 100 m2 with 4 meter high ceilings, and was build in a former tannery recently renovated into remarkable loft apartments.

Everything in this City Loft is extra large: the dining table, the black leather sofa, the vintage chairs, the bathroom, the kitchen. The curtains reach from ceiling to floor, a boxing bag is attached onto the old wooden columns, in front of the window stands a Chinese woodcarving, and a big beautiful plant finishes it to perfection.

The bathroom is an eye catcher with transparent glass wall between shower and living area, and furthermore a wash basin and toilet. The 1,60 x 2,00 meter bed lies on a raised platform and is reached by stairs. The kitchen is equipped with a 4 ring induction cooker, oven, microwave, sink, dish washer, and stylish refrigerator. The washing machine stands in a storage closet.

The living area is fitted out with all modern conveniences offering a large flat screen television with extra package of international channels, 90 themed radio channels and a DVD player. There’s a considerable collection of DVD’s available for our guests to use, as well as many beautiful books. Wireless internet is available throughout the whole apartment.

The apartment is located on the 1st floor and is served by a lift. There’s a small stairway from the street to the front door.

It is allowed to smoke in this Warehouse City Loft.

Area description
The Lloyd Quarter used to contain warehouses and harbor-related businesses, but has been redeveloped in the past 15 years into a popular residential area with many creative companies and some excellent restaurants, like Ivy (glamorous, 1 Michelin star), Stroom (with sunny terrace) and Verhip (informal café for creatives). This is an interesting area to wander around for those interested in architecture and urban planning, but equally nice for someone who wishes to make a relaxing stroll by the Maas river. The historic area Delfshaven is within walking distance, with an old fashioned, still working windmill that can be visited, and several cafés and charming galleries.

When staying in this City Loft you can use the private parking place in the garage below. From the garage you can directly go to the floor of your apartment with a lift.

The nearest tram stop is across the street at 50 meters away. This tram 8 will bring you in 5 minutes to Museum the Kunsthal, in 10 minutes to the city centre and in 15 minutes to the central railway station.
Metro station Coolhaven lies at 800 meters distance.
